  • Bollinger
Since 1829, Champagne Bollinger has been making great wines with a powerful, refined and complex style, expressing the aromas of the fruit in all its dimensions.

This truly unique taste is the result of a particular affinity for the elegance of pinot noir, uncompromising excellence, an exceptional vineyard and traditional craftsmanship handed down through the generations with the utmost care since 1829.

The Bollinger style is inimitable and recognised as such by great connoisseurs, the fruit of rigorous methods and a respect for principles handed down from one generation to the next in a great tradition that has always valued experience above all. This style expresses the aromas of the fruit in all its dimensions. The Bollinger style has a dense and subtle presence, a balance of the intensity of great pinot noirs and the freshness of chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs. Bollinger wines release a creamy effervescence resulting from vinifying in oak barrels and prolonged contact with the yeasts. They guarantee a unique tasting experience that always offers something new. This style stems from a solid base, rooted in 5 tangible principles: the House Vineyards; pinot noir; magnums of reserve wines; the barrels and time.

  • Immersed in the wine culture at a very young age by his grandfather, wine grower in Languedoc, Thibaut is passionate about food and wine culture.

After his graduation in PURPAN engineering school in Toulouse, he is moving to Burgundy to get a Master’s Degree in International trade from Dijon Business School. He started his career as sales and marketing manager based in Hong Kong, promoting the wines of several estates on the Asian region.

After 5 years, he is back to France, to take the position of Area Manager for Mouton Rothschild to promote its wines in African and Middle East markets. Position that he will hold for 8 years, before joining Champagne Bollinger as Business Manager International for Asia and Pacific territories.

  • Champagne Bollinger is delighted to present a new edition of Bollinger PN: the PN TX20 – a 100% Pinot Noir champagne, predominantly from the Tauxières terroir and the 2020 base year. This is complemented by various reserve wines from other years and crus, creating an exceptional harmony.

This new PN TX20 edition allows the cuvée to reinvent itself through the unique organoleptic profile of this emblematic grape variety.

  • B16, the expression of the 2016 vintage: a singular and contrasting year.

Bollinger presents B16, a unique and original creation shaped by nature’s challenges, an illustration of the Maison’s expert know-how when crafting a great vintage Champagne

The black and white evokes the contrast of the 2016 vintage, with white embodying purity, and the different textures convey the cuvée’s rich sensory expression. As for the clean lines, they perfectly recall the vines of the Montagne de Reims.

B16 explores an unusual terroir with a focus on the latest ripening areas of the Montagne de Reims and unique aroma profiles. This bold decision provides an example of richness and complexity, a unique and ethereal sensory journey suffused with elegance and a palette of aromas that is silky, balanced, and sophisticated.

This champagne has spent over 7 years on the lees and has a low dosage of 4 grams per litre.

The Champagnes

First Bracket

 Special Cuvèe (375ml)
Special Cuvèe
Special Cuvèe (Magnum)

The complexity and richness of Special Cuvée is unparalleled among the entry non-vintage blends of every champagne house, short of ascending to the mesosphere of Krug. Its grand recipe explains why, built on incredible depth of 50–60% reserves. The house declines to volunteer the reserve composition of each release, which is disappointing and counterintuitive, being one of its strongest points of difference. As an indication, the most recent blend laid in the cellar comprises less than 40% of the base vintage and an enormous 60%+ of reserves – the majority from the previous vintage, with eight older vintages, the oldest from reserve magnums. A massive total of 400 wines in all.
True to the mandate of attentiveness to the intricate details of freshness, Special Cuvée continues its evolution to a fresher and more lively style. The fragrant, red-fruited generosity that defines the southern Montagne de Reims style of Bollinger leaps from the glass in a captivating panoply of red apples, red cherries and succulent red berries of all kinds, intricately juxtaposed by the cut of citrus freshness. Old barrel fermentation and lees age unite in amplifying a deep core of spicy complexity. The generous, creamy texture of barrels and lees magnificently contrasts the pronounced fine, salty chalk minerality of esteemed crus. As brilliant and rock-solid as ever.
96 Points, Tyson Stelzer, The Champagne Guide (2024)

Second Bracket

NV Bollinger PN VZ19
Ripe pinot noir depth with black and red cherry fruit, satsuma plum, spice, creamy reserve-wine complexity and fine chalk minerality, with texture, tension and brightness.
97 Points, Tyson Stelzer, champagne.guide (2024)
NV Bollinger PN TX20
Creamy and settled already for a young release, with a lemon-cream palate, beautiful balance and a slightly zestier feel than classic Bollinger.
18 Points, Jancis Robinson, jancisrobinson.com (August 2025)
NV Bollinger B16
Lively and more floral than many Bollingers, with a transparent, filigree feel, freshness and bright acidity rather than weight.
17.5 Points, Jancis Robinson, jancisrobinson.com (August 2025)

Third Bracket

2015 Bollinger La Grande Année
Dramatic pinot noir depth with black cherry, plum and blackberry layered with spice, honey and ginger cake, yet still holding line and grace.
97 Points, Tyson Stelzer, champagne.guide (2024)
2008 Bollinger RD
Brilliant and harmonious, with orchard fruit, orange peel, baked bread, subtle fino-like complexity, wet stone and macadamia, finishing bone-dry with youthful energy.
98+ Points, William Kelley, The Wine Advocate (March 2025)

Fourth Bracket

NV Bollinger Rosé
An especially lifted and fragrant style, full of rose petal, musk, cherry liqueur and cherry kernel, set against very fine chalky minerality and freshness.
97 Points, Tyson Stelzer, The Champagne Guide (2024)
2015 Bollinger La Grande Année Rosé
Tightly structured yet expansive, with roasted almond, vanilla wafer, black cherry, baked peach, blood orange and candied ginger, carried by racy acidity and saline length.
97 Points, Alison Napjus, Wine Spectator (November 2024)
